the struggle is real – mens mental health
What I wasn’t prepared for was the realisation that Men’s Mental Health is not very good at all… And I was surprised! “What the hell is going on out there…” Which therefore got me asking more with those friends and family, to then having a discussion among others from all different backgrounds – and the results were shocking!
When the going gets tough, the tough gets going, the tough gets going, and going… and going….
At times we think we have it together and we are going and going and going, but there’s one thing that we don’t often make room for – contingencies. A plan B. An escape route.
